Hyatt Zilara Cancun (Adults Only)

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! It is a luxurious and exclusive venue with outstanding service. the Spa and wellness center was top-notch, offering a wide variety of treatments and beauty services. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. the location was also a plus, with direct access to a stunning beach.

Although everything was excellent, I did experience one minor issue, which was the limited entertainment provided. this was overshadowed by the exclusive amenities that this hotel provided and the outstanding service offered by the hospitable staff.

We loved this hotel, which stands out at first with its magnificent architecture . Our stay went very well, the staff was always at the little care (special mention to Gabriel, Jesus and Abel) . The food is also excellent... The location of the hotel is ideal, from our rooms we had a panoramic view of the ocean . Finally concerning the activities, everybody is in charge of his own.... Little extra: the possibility to dine at the Hyatt Ziva, the other hotel of the group . I highly recommend the Hyatt zilara!

The hotel airport shuttle is excessively expensive (about 100$) while the trip costs 18$ with Rideways.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Zilara for a relaxing vacation. The location was great, being near the bus station. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean, with a large bathroom featuring two showers. There were numerous activities offered throughout the day and night, keeping guests entertained. The restaurant food was amazing, and there was even a restaurant with a beautiful view. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The beach was clean, and there was always service available for drinks and snacks. The swimming pool was large and not overcrowded.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The room was spacious, nice, and had a wonderful ambiance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was great, and I loved the proximity to the mall and Coco Bongo. The beach was clean, with minimal seaweed. a 10/10 experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy transportation to nearby areas. the hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained. The hotel also had a great breakfast selection and the staff was very friendly.

The rooms were like a dream come true, with the most comfortable bed and pillows I've ever experienced. The sea views from the spacious terrace were absolutely breathtaking and the double jacuzzi was perfect for unwinding after a fun-filled day.

I personally found the colonial-inspired decor a bit old-fashioned, but I can see how others might appreciate its charm.

The staff was amazing - very friendly and helpful. One staff member, David John, were really good too assist us throughout our stay.

There were a few mix-ups with our orders at one of the restaurants, a bit frustrating.

The resort has great entertainment and is located directly on the beach, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing stay. The airport pickup service is an added bonus. The rooms are pristine and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The breakfast is delicious and the service is top-notch. Guests can enjoy the excellent facilities, including the gym and spa.

Smoking is allowed and there is no designated "smoking only" area.

My wife and I were a little nervous vacationing at an adults-only resort for the first time, but we couldn't have picked a better place than Hyatt Zilara. The abundance of delicious food options during our 6-night stay left us wanting to try more. The breathtaking resort treated us like royalty from the moment we arrived, with friendly and attentive staff like Albert, Roberto, Omar, and Miriam. The corner room with an Ocean Front Luxury King Suite offered a spectacular view, and the staff was always courteous and accommodating. We especially loved Pelicano's with its beachfront seating. Can't wait to return for a longer stay!

The property's beauty and the exceptional staff made my stay memorable. The staff were courteous, respectful, and immensely helpful, providing excellent service throughout. The bartenders, especially Manuel, made delicious cocktails, and the ocean view was breathtaking. Rooms, facilities, and pool were clean and well-maintained.

The hotel's decoration and general areas were absolutely stunning. The tall, beautifully decorated tree in the lobby really set a warm and inviting atmosphere. The accessibility for senior people was excellent, with easy navigation and no obstacles. The staff was very attentive and helpful, making sure that every senior guest felt comfortable and at ease.

It would have been nice if the children working there were more mindful of the needs of senior guests, perhaps being a bit more proactive in offering assistance.

The beachfront infinity pool with a swim-up bar and pool lounge was absolutely amazing. I felt like I was in a movie, sipping cocktails in the pool while enjoying the breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun.

No hot tubs were actually hot anywhere.

The scuba diving experience was thrilling, and the 24-hour Sky Gym overlooking the ocean was a unique and invigorating way to stay active. The room's entertainment system with a large satellite TV and the balcony with hammocks and direct ocean views provided the perfect setting for relaxation.

My wife says that she would have liked more family-friendly activities for kids.

The staff helped me find cool places to go. This place suits me perfectly and has everything I need. Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour service, pool, beach access, fitness studio. I keep coming back for a romantic escape.
